Along the left side and behind the hole beyond the fence is OB. If the ball exits the golf course on the left side OB then PHGA Local Rule #2 - Alternative to Stroke and Distance applies.

Balls touching the metal edging along the creek are considered to be in the penalty area.

If the ball is not touching the metal edging then swing relief is provided for the metal edging and metal rods connected to the metal edging that may be exposed above ground.
