Along the left side of the hole anything beyond the fence is OB. If the ball exits the golf course OB then PHGA Local Rule #2 - Alternative to Stroke and Distance applies.

Balls touching the metal edging are considered to be in the penalty area.

Swing relief is provided for the metal rods connected to the metal edging that may be exposed above ground.
